Favorite Books To Read

For those of you that read my story (found on the My Story section of the site), I mentioned that it took a couple of years to get my health back on track. And even then after feeling better, it is still an every day intention to focus on feeding my body what it needs as well as my mind. 


On my journey back to wellness I not only changed what I ate, I also had to put down some boundaries and allow more time for myself. I had to get comfortable with saying no. It was tough because I am a natural born people pleaser. But once I did I was able to have time for the things in life that I enjoy, and one of them is reading.


I love a good book, especially one that can help you grow as a person. Here are some of my favs that have totally changed my life. They've helped to shape my mindset for the better.
