I don't know about you, but I sure do love a good snack! And one that doesn't make me feel sluggish and tired after eating it. Back in the day I would love to snack on good ol' Reese's peanut butter cups, those were my jam. With that came a downside. Soon after eating them I'd feel drained and then soon after that I'd crave more sweets.
One day on a whim I was craving a sweet snack and I was out of snacks so I took what I had on hand and created this little gem. It's just a dollop of SunButter, a couple Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips, some pecans and organic raspberries. When you mix the SunButter and chocolate chips together it is very reminiscent of a classic peanut butter cup, but with less sugar and more wholesome ingredients. Aka you won't feel tired and more hungry after eating this.
